Yes, you could add the PB powder with the other ingredients. As far as how much extra water you’d need, I’m not totally sure. It seems like your measurements make sense, but definitely experiment. You can always add more water at the end if needed!

Quick question: If I’m using powdered peanut butter instead of packaged in this recipe, can the powdered pb be included in the bag along with the other dry ingredients? Would I need to add the extra water needed to rehydrate the pb (2 Tbsps) to the 1/4 cup of water added to the ramen mix? (For 2 Tbsps of pb, you need 4 tablespoons of pb powder and 2 tablespoons of water.) Thank you.
