Thanks for reporting back about the salmon jerky. Sounds like they switched up a few of their jerkies. There a few salmon jerky options out there (not TJ’s) – Wild Alaskan and Dear North are two that come to mind.

Thank you for some great, detailed information and ideas. I’ve recently looked for salmon jerky and sadly, I was told they don’t carry it anymore. As a pescatarian, that’s a bummer because it was really good jerky. I hope they bring it back.

Going on a Long Trail hike and taking the freeze dried broccoli (yes it does rehydrate well, maybe just a tad mushy). TJ’s supplied lots of my super-foods.
