I’d also add dehydrated corn. This is actually one of our menu ideas for our next trip, torn between it and stroganoff.

Do you freeze or just eat it the same day. I imagine it wouldn’t be safe for more than a couple hours unrefrigerated right?5 stars

The cranberry and stuffing didn’t quite turnout as good as expected but was enjoyable in the evening solitude of our backcountry campsite. We took the whole package of potatoes and used it all, adding the powdered milk too. Thanks for your great ideas!5 stars

I usually in freezer bag cook as hate clean pots etc… do hate the plastic waste though…
