My 4 kids always specifically request One Pot Pasta. I double the recipe so it uses a whole box of pasta, and I add a can of chickpeas for protein. I like using broth cubes just because they’re easier/lighter to pack than a can of broth, and this time I even just used water with extra seasonings since I forgot to pack broth (oops). We’ve been using this recipe for literally years, and it never gets old!5 stars
