We recommend putting meats and vegetables on their own skewers. You don’t want to have to overcook the veggies just to ensure your meat is properly cooked. For veggies, we typically just brush them up with a little olive oil and dust them with some salt.

Wow! These recipes all look terrific, now the trouble is which to try first? This may be the summer of kebabs!
Two questions, would you recommend putting meat only on skewers and vegetables only on skewers? You mentioned putting like items together. Also, do you marinate or oil vegetables when prepping them? Thanks for your help!

Hmm, we had a seitan kebab recipe we retired. But I don’t think we had a tempeh kebab on the website. We developed one for BioLite a few years back and have a grilled tempeh recipe (for Thanksgiving). Were either of those it?
