We added two cloves grated garlic which really helped. We also added some dehydrated sweet potato and carrot chunks that we cold soaked during the day for a bit more nutrition. It easily feeds three.4 stars

So easy to put together for just the two of us or a crowd.5 stars

We have not. Like make it ahead of time, freeze it, and then bring it along in a cooler or something? Can’t see why that wouldn’t work.

I’ve made it when camping over a fire and also at home on the hob. I add spinach and tofu to mine. I sometimes use dried chickpeas too (soaked over night) as I find them more flavourful vs tinned chickpeas. But tin is still fine for a quick, tasty dinner.5 stars

Very simple, very good. The toasted naan is a must!
