I love that the list has a lot of veggies and fresh flavors, which isn’t always the case with this type of roundup 🙂

I appreciate the vegan and vegetarian twists. I’m not vegan or vegetarian but a lot of my cooking is, simply because the more vegetables, the better! Also, meat can be tricky to bring out to the backcountry. Thanks so much again! I will give y’all credit when I cook these recipes up on my YouTube channel, “Woman in the Woods.” Here’s the link, if you are interested: https://youtube.com/@Womaninthewoods13?si=7anQcswyIwvuiWlu
Episode 183 will definitely have at least one of your recipes! Thanks again!

Just wanted to let you know that I stumbled upon your website looking for a cookbook I once had and used in my old camper. If allowed to mention ok if not cut if you must.
The Two Burner Gourmet.
I must say I really enjoyed reading the recipes posted. They look very delicious and nutritious. I very much look forward to the copy of the free email book you offered. In a couple weeks I will be staying at an extended stay hotel a very small studio type of place for an undetermined amount of time. The ” kitchen ” if you will, consist of a only a 2 burner flat top stove, NO OVEN and very small micro,sink,fridge/freezer and only a couple cabinets. I feel sure I can if needed “adapt” your outdoor recipes for my limited indoor kitchen. Thank you both for taking out the guesswork and providing, those of us not quite used to cooking with such limitations, such wonderful and I’m sure what will be very tasty dishes.

I can dehydrate so much.

I’ve been backpacking and camping for 40 years and need some new recipes. I’m heading off on a van camping trip this weekend so I’ll give some of them a try and let you know how they work out for me.
