Great with thighs but also very good with breast meat when serving folks who won’t eat dark meat (my daughter). Perfectly fine with canned pineapple chunks. We have a small camper with a tiny freezer— we chop the chicken then vacuum seal and freeze it, also freeze the marinade separately, then combine when thawed— makes a nice meal for week 2 on the road. Excellent recipe.5 stars
