We’d be happy to have them anytime! But here, most American’s hear pancakes and think breakfast. We could not get enough of the skyr when we were in Iceland. So good!

Great recipe though! My American relative used it to make them for me when I came to visit, and it tasted like the real thing! I definitely suggest topping it with skyr and fresh blueberries. Very good.5 stars
