We put some avocado on top, and some hot sauce to individual bites. Feta crumbles or shredded mozz melted in would have been good too. Will definitely make this again and keep riffing!5 stars

We take it to gatherings, work, have it for a snack, dinner. We love it. Great recipe. We tend to cook the onions a little longer and reduce the vinegar but it’s easy to adjust to taste. Thank you for this gem.5 stars

It turned out beautiful, I served it with small triangles of toasted bread fried in olive oil with dried rosemary. An absolute hit with my partner. Delicious, thank you for sharing this recipe. I will make it again and again! 🙂5 stars
