I was a bit nervous if it would turn out well. They all loved it and several asked for the recipe. I plan to make it again in the next day or so to eat at home.

I used a 1lb tube of hot sausage and or chopped my onion before I went camping. I’m new to cooking over a fire and camping but even I found this very easy to make.
