I think a lot depends on your personal hiking ability and speed. There is a lot of elevation change along between Little Harbor and Avalon, but if you’re a strong hiker and have been able to hike at a fast clip leading up to your hike, it’s probably possible but I imagine it would be challenging.

It was such a great experience. We hope to do it again sometime with some friends. It’s the perfect introduction thru-hike. Still challenging, just not as long as many of the others.
